What do you do with the cards and letters you receive?  Do you keep them all, just keep the photos, throw them away?

I usually keep them for a few weeks and then throw them away. Although, I was going through some old storage boxes (read: shoeboxes) and found some Christmas cards from when I was in middle school. If I get a photo in a card or a letter, then I usually keep it though.

 

I've been at the college since 11am. I had my first class (Music Appreciciation) at 11am and my next class is at 6:30pm. It kind of sucks having the huge break in the middle of the day, but I can't take any other classes in between because I have my drum and jazz classes on Wednesdays in between. I can forsee a lot of boring Mondays in my future. After my music class, I had lunch, then I've been in the libraray for the last 5 hours or so. I did just get up to stretch my legs and walk around the campus some. I tried calling Mike and Marie and Chris, but I guess they're all in a class or something? I'm not sure. I should at least see them during Astronomy though. I hope I do. Otherwise, I won't have a ride home. It's been very difficult to get ahold of any of them as of late, and that's all I'll say about that.

 

What did I do in the library for 5 hours? Well, I watched season 1 of Chappelle's show, checked my email, read some news, listened to some music, and played some Starcraft. Speaking of which, I'm going to have to practice that or something. Koreans are tough shit at Starcraft. Also, I learned that the webpage blocker is only up until around 3 or 4 o'clock, and I figure that it's because the collegiate high school gets out around then. Makes sense I guess, I always wondered why they blocked webpages at a [community] college in the first place.

 

I've been lugging my laptop around and I think I'm going to have to get a better backpack if I'm going to keep this up. If I don't, I think I'll end up throwing my back out or something.

 

I guess that's all for now. Nothing else has happened recently.

Which person from your past, who you've lost touch with, do you wonder about the most?

I always end up wondering what ever happened to my friend Zach. He was good friends with Chance and me in middle school, but we kind of lost touch because he ended up being held back a grade. I think he moved to Niceville eventually too, but I have no idea what the guy is up to these days. If I had a way to get in touch with the guy, I would drop him a line just to do some catching up.

Had pretty good day yesterday. Started off by going to get some lunch at Hideaway Pizza with Mike, Chance, Chris D., and Garrett. Even though Hideaway has pretty crappy pizza, it was still cool to hang out with everyone (something we rarely do these days).

After lunch we went to an abandoned subdivision off of Airport Rd. It was pretty crazy. There was shit strewn everywhere and the roads were washed out in places. At one point we got out of the jeep and started walking around. We started walking down one of the roads when Mike saw someone. Chance and I were kind of skeptical, but we headed back to the jeep anyways. When we got in, Mike drove down a road where he thought he saw the guy, and there actually was a guy walking around. It was some old guy with a big stick and a bag. I guess he was walking around picking stuff up or something. I don't know, but it was super creepy. Also, someone painted "Bitch please" on the ground.

We left the subdivision and Mike dropped Chance and me of at his house where we just hung out watching videos on youtube and talking. Eventually Dane got us some beers and we sat around drinking and talking. Then, Jesse and Porter randomly showed up from Tallahassee and proceeded to partake in the festivities. Mike showed up soon after while we were walking around, and took us to Waffle House. I put 99 Luft Balloons on the jukebox, good times were had by all. After that, Mike left, and Jesse and Porter dropped me off at my house.

So yeah, yesterday was pretty good. It was a great contrast to how my days have been going.

I guess that's all for now. Chris said he might be coming into town, but I haven't heard from him yet.
